Afolashade Joy Jubrilla is a governance, compliance, and cybersecurity professional based in the Netherlands. She works at the intersection of operational governance, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity risk — building the frameworks that protect institutions from the inside out.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Software Engineering Institute, and a Master's in Governance and Development Policy from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University, The Hague. She also holds a Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.

She is the author of Surviving the AI Recession and co-author of three 2026 peer-reviewed studies in AI governance and causal finance risk. Beyond her professional work, she advocates for girls' education, stands against child marriage, and champions dignity and inclusion in an increasingly digital world.
